Housing + Hotel Blocks

In the coming months, the University will reach out to let us know how many campus rooms we are allocated as a class. These rooms will be made available via a lottery. The lottery will be absolutely random* selection. A campus bed for 3 nights costs $150**, and you must provide your own sheets, pillows, towels. For your own sanity, do not forget your shower shoes. We have also put together room blocks at nearby hotels that are on the University hotel shuttle path.

*Those with a particular need for campus housing will be considered on a case by case basis.

**The price is set by the University and is subject to change.

  • Residence Inn Carnegie Center

    We have 20 queen suites reserved. Each room has a queen, a pull out couch, and a kitchenette.

    Conditions:

    - 2 night minimum is required

    - Rooms are cancellable until March 2nd and will not be charged until March 3rd, 2026

    Reservations:

    Reservations can be made by calling the Hotel Sales Department at (609) 799-0550. Identify yourself as a member of the Class of 2016.

  • Holiday Inn

    We have 20 double rooms and 5 king rooms reserved

    Conditions:

    - 3 night minimum stay is required

    - Rooms are paid in full upfront

    - Cancellations can be made 90 days prior to arrival without penalty, or by February 20th, 2026

    - Rooms must be booked by January 21st, 2026 before they are released back to the hotel

    - We have 10 rooms reserved

    Conditions:

    - 2 night minimum stay is required

    - Rooms are paid upfront and are refundable until 60 days prior to Reunions (March 20th)

    - Rooms must be booked by March 20th, 2026

    - 3 night minimum stay is required

    - Rooms are paid in full up front

    - Cancellations must be made by 11:59pm ET on March 20th, 2026 to receive a full refund

    - Rooms must be booked by January 30th, 2026
